You mentioned this is on your list of things to do but which thing mentioned are you planning on doing?  In that thread it talked about updating OCA list or making a new OCA in addition to the old one.

Why wouldn't they just force open all the old ones, and start off fresh with the new ones implemented?

What about people who would rather sell theirs instead of opening them themselves?  That's not fair to them.

They  dropped the price for OCA to 0 zenny last I remember, I would take that as a hint that they did not want people to sell them to make money.

The old OCA i think were just a method of bringing the economy down making the server, new user friendly and re opening the possibility for new users to start out easier.

I think it would be best to force open them and just start out fresh at least the new old card albums will be better then before.  we want updates?
