assassin issue with sonic blow

I was using katars and i changed my charicter to a Duble dager, but now i cant seem to use the sonic blow attack is it only for katars? And can Dager users not use it?

If you right click on the skill icon, the description of it will appear.
It is stated there that u can only use this skill with a katar :>

ya i read the skill discription and figered that but i was hoping i could use a sirten tipe of dager and still use it. That would be nice a dager that allowes the use of sonic blow and grimtooth
