High Def Monsters?

Where's a good place with high defense monsters?
I wanna know because i have a sinx with IP and want to train a bit.
Also, could you tell me if they have good drops (so i can make some money too )

But the drops are kinda crappy there Make almost no money going there.

Exp is pretty good
I got a few lvls there, but I'm trying to see if there is anywhere else i could try besides ice dungeon and gefenia. They're the only two places i've been going because i don't know where else to go
I also went to geffen floor 4, which is pretty much the same as gefenia.
