HELP please :(

I last played anthem at DEC24 4AM, and when I tried to Log in at around 1PM It said that my 2 accounts were blocked.

I filed a support ticket and asked why is this so and this was their answer...

(sorry, I do not know how to post pictures in the forum so I copy-pasted the one in the support ticket)

I've only made a transaction with a stranger ONCE in my entire playing  history and I only sold 93 EVIL HORNs.

There might be some kind of mistake :(

I really don't know what to do and I really want to play ASAP :(

I just turned lvl97 and, YEAH, I'm really excited to play especially this christmas break.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can prove my innocence?

Am I being too impatient(GM didn't reply for a whole day today as of now)?

Does it really take this long for GM's to reply? I'm not questioning the GM's integrity, I just really don't know what to do... :(

In the support ticket instructions, it says to give them at least 48 hours per response. So I think you should wait a little more, especially as some people have been waiting weeks/months to get theirs answered. As for proving your innocence, I've never run into this situation so I can't help you. :x

There is a big difference between support tickets and request tickets.


@OP : Well this is a scam case and most likely your account/IP has something to do with it so chill around untill GM staff can give you detailed information and yea Haine was very fast in her replies .

48 hour is for Request tickets but yours is a Support ticket.

It has no time frame.

What made you say that I scammed several people? I seldom interact (business-like) with stranger players because I want to avoid things like this. I want to prove my innocence. And I want to know the details please - I think I own that right.

I have been playing for almost two years and my Rouge is my first ever character in your server and in my whole ragnarok playing history - which gives this account a very sentimental value and I am really willing to fight for it.

It would be impossible for others to hack my password because mine is a very personal one. And as for the IP address, I play either here at home or (very rarely) at my mom's office (where no one else would definitely play)

As for the IP address in my FORUM involvement, I vote here and at my office.

Do you have databases of all transactions ever made, like trades or stuff?

As for the accounts involved, only my two active accounts were banned with jasonty and jasonrileyty as usernames. My other accounts and the account of my sister weren't banned even though they are still played here at home and with the same IP address.

I hope that the information I gave shed some light in this issue. I'm really in the dark right now. I really hope that we could fix this right away.
jasonty 2009-12-28 21:23:20    It just came to my mind that we are using an unsecured wireless router and I think that it is possible that someone connected through our router and had the same or similar IP address such as ours.

Just a random thought. Hope it helps.

Click on the screen shot button, go to paint, click paste, save, photobucket, upload, post.

I think that's how you do it. I haven't done it in forever because my paint mysteriously disappeared  :'(

I know this guy (thread starter) and i know that he's not the type who'd scam people.
Since everyone knows (the GMs also themselves) that answering support tickets take a while, why won't they just be more precise in their replies? Example, this player here is already asking about the details of his alleged scam (looks like he's been doing it lots of times already), why won't the GMs get to the point right away? I understand that GMs are also humans, they also have their own time, but what im just saying here is that isn't it better if we could save more time? (and innocent players from being discouraged to play in this server). That's just my opinion. But really, i'd like to thank the GMs for their hard work as always. But there will always be rough times once in a while right? :) Go go go aRO! :)

No, I mean like a person who scammed an item and that "scammer" sold the item to you and the Gms thought you scammed it.... And so on a new story of mercy and shitholeness begins.
