mmmmm i dont think it can be done with duel daggers sorry to tell you. maybe everything Kain mentioned + Sin dagger in other hand but still doubt it. and sin dagger gets 2 thumbs down.

bows have much less aspd penalty than two daggers do, hence they can achieve 190 aspd with just one doppel.

Snipers can achieve 190 without a doppel.  Not sure about a dagger sin but maybe a katar sin can reach 190 aspd with 1 dopp. :x

From my Exp on iRO in the past I learned that it is indeed possible. You need to be a SinX however to accomplish it. You have to use Berserk Pitcher, a Poison Bottle (Use the bottle, not EDP) and then you have to be AGI build obviously, but that's how it was done there.

I wanna try to do it with out any out side buff's, but that berserk pitcher sounds like a good idea.
