Question regarding game skins

I've been reading through forum posts and I see unique (not sure if customized) game skins. Can anyone tell em how to get new game skins? The old one's getting boring. Thanks!

1. go to ro folder
2. then skin folder
3. download it here everything needed for a skin (it should be an folder named the selected skin first and contains some image files)
4. play in game then type alt + o and change the skin

One of the website that provide skins... (you can search google for others)
