Where should I level my Wiz

As the topic states. Level 60 and the only dex gear I have is Kaho and quad dex rod. Thanks.

Try soul strike in prison? Stay with a group and you should do alright. If you can find a party with a healer or tank you'll do great. Or just soul strike and run.

Without IC gear, Prison is your best bet.  And it really is good, compared to later on.

I levelled my wizzie from level 60 to 80, completely solo, no dex gear, all in prison.  That was back when I still played a ton, so it only took a couple days.  Incidentally, you can actually start there even earlier than 60, but you'll die more.  Just bring a couple hundred meats, some flywings to escape hunterflies, and some bwings.  You can solo prison if you practice hit-and-run with soul strike.  As long as you don't lag much, you'll be fine.

Alright, I did what you guys told me to do an now I'm level 72 and have IC. Should I stay in Prison or is there somewhere better I can mob? My damage is still a bit low with SG

With low damage, I suspect Prison is still your best bet.  Still, there are some other ideas I can think of.

Spoiler for Magma Dungeon:

Since you have IC gear, you could try Magma dungeon, but you might have to wait a few more levels before that works well:

1.  Get Safety Wall at level 10 and Storm Gust at level 10.
2.  Bring plenty of GJ, but you won't need much of anything else.  You'll just be doing a lot of walking around.
3.  As soon as you enter, set up a safety wall.  You're going to walk from safety wall to safety wall, and try not to spend much time out of safety wall because the monsters here do a lot of damage.
4.  Use storm gust when you find monsters.  Don't bother with jupitel thunder like normally with storm gust; that doesn't work very well.  Just keep casting storm gust, every time they unfreeze, until they die.

Spoiler for MvPing:

You should be able to MvP, but it takes some practice and I can't guarantee the exp will be comparable (though you might get some good drops).  You'll die a lot and you have to deal with other MvPers, but choose an easy MvP and practice (if you like, you could try something most people don't go after, such as eddga or golden thiefbug; use ratemyserver.net to find where the MvPs are, how often they spawn, etc.):

1.  Go to the map the MvP is on.  Either flywing around a lot or just walk around.  Remember to go slowly, as if you come to it too quickly it will spot you and kill you before you have a chance.
2.  Once you find it, make some icewalls between it and you.  There is another post that talks about how to do this; you want to make a half-circle around you, between the MvP and yourself.
3.  Storm gust repeatedly.  Keep using safety wall, and be careful if your ice walls go down.  Keep flywings on hotkey if necessary.

Aside from all that, if you have some money you could try getting leeched in niff for example.

As others suggested...Prison seems to be your best bet right now.

Mmm. Just the standard dex gears. Nothing really overupped, few gears are +7, and the rest +4. Those, Kaho and a Tirfing shield :/

I could try mvping Phreeoni for a while. Use icewall to block it, send an ice wall right through it so it gets spiked, storm gust...I think 3 times since you're IC then refresh your ice walls. I leveled my non ic wiz on phree in the 70's and 80's. Once you get a handle on ice walling you could try orc hero for mvping.

Dex Gloves?
Rocker Armor?

Your best bet would be to learn how to ice wall properly to trap an MvP.
Since MvP's don't teleport, you'll have an easy time leveling your wizard.
I leveled my wizard that way even before I had a kaho or anything. Took a bit longer, but I leveled decently. '

As Psyche said, Phreeoni is a decent choice to start off with. I suggest wearing a Medusa shield if you can get one (15%? resistance to stone curse) or other Stone Curse blocking armor cards (not sure which) Phreeoni has a tendency to cast Stone Curse on you, but it's rare unless you get close. If you can zoom your screen out so you can see Phree and he/she/it can't see you. Ice wall up to he/she/it until you get in close enough to use Storm Gust.

If that is a bit hard for you. Try using Jupiter Thunder on Siromas in Ice Dungeon lvl 1. Be wary of the three Gazeti's in there though (Bring Fly Wings or a Teleport Clip). Also a good choice would be to get a Heal Clip (Vitata Card) to heal yourself with so you don't have to spam so much meat/cake/whites/whatever you use.
