Try moving the white bar to somewhere else, and all the other windows, the 2 squares should be hiding somewhere on a corner.

If they aren't, then well, try putting fullscreen, if still can't find, then I have no idea and you're screwed xD

Both Skith and Shizu were right.  Look at the first screen shots I post.  See how I have my text bar? those boxes are off screen.
I saw them when I full screened.
