is there a page or section with help for signatures?

im pretty new to the whole forum thing, and need some help learning how to use some of the commands.
trying to add a spoiler of my characters into my signature.

to add a spoiler in a signature you just need to use:

(spoiler=whatever you want to call it) (/spoiler) replacing () with []

You must call it something, else it wont show up any other questions?

they seems to know codings and signature making alot X_X
