How much does cake actually heal?

Does any1 know the heal value of cake in aRO
cuz rms says 270~330 and that is definitely not right as white pots are 325~405

Its heals atleast 3 times as more. The exact value can be obtained on a 0 vit novice(with a lot of tests unless GMs post the value).
