Support Ticket... for someone else?

I'm wondering if I can send in a support ticket asking about someone else, since he or she was banned... and I dunno, wants to know why and if there's anyway to return.... .... ..........

There was another post like this before and you can't send in support tickets on behalf of others. Just tell them to create a new account =/

Well, if the person was forum-banned, better do not create a new forum account, or else the GMs will think: "ZOMG! Ban evasion!"

The person him/herself can send in a Support Ticket, even with a banned forum account.
Try it out: Log out of the forums, then go to http://www.anthemro.com/support/

My friend tells me that she can't log into the website or the forum. Even as a guest, she's banned apparently but able to read the threads. Another thing that gets me is that if she's banned from the forum and the anthemRO site, why is she still able to log into one of her other characters? She also stated that she tried to make a new forum account and a new account for a character, but she's banned from doing that too...

Either something's up, or okay well, yeah something's up...

She wants to prove herself innocent from something she was banned for, but has no idea what and she's unable to log in to send a support ticket at all. I'm starting to think it's bullcrap or I am missing something...

Doesn't work?

If not, then I'd write a ticket, telling the GMs she can't log in >:(

Just do it, I don't see why the GMs should be so stubborn not to help you and your friend.

Yeah I sent her that link, you posted it on another thread which I linked her but she said the same thing...

I don't know, I figured I'd get into trouble for something I didn't think I would or should get into trouble for? And so I just make sure, being a little cautious never hurt... or could it?
