Is this the only server...

That has the mvp cards modified like they are? for example the doppleganger and dark lord cards. other servers that i.ve played over the years have never had anything to match the way the cards where modified here. i.ve wondered this since i first started this server.

doppelganger card is the same as all servers but DL card is changed because i guess GMs think it's broken? A bunch of cards were changed to either make thinks more balanced, make things less useless, or to make things more broken.

According to what I have read, the doppelganger card on this server is several times more effective then on other/official servers.

The Doppelganger on this server is way more effective. what is it like 33% attack speed bonus? other servers i think it.s +3 attack speed but minus 20 hit. something like that. it definately makes it harder being a fast and effective dagger sin without that modified card.

Doppel is boosted here, official doppel is only +10% ASPD, here it's +33%.

As for your initial question, there are few servers out there wiht simlar card mechanics. The biggest ones being Anthem and AnimaRO's old  Aegis developers server which got founded during the split of AnimaRO. Every now and then some other server come around and use similar MVP card mechanics but they generally don't last.
