Homunculus help.

Ok i got the ai stuff working but now i have another problem. i have a Vanilmirth and when its dieing i try to use potion pitcher on it but it keeps saying skill has failed can anyone help me? :]

Um ok.. now i need help.. why does my hommunculus stop attacking when the hp is only half gone i set the hp thing to les than 10% but it doesnt look like 10% :x
