I am waiting for more than three years for a response on my support ticket...
The date on the support ticket says it was submitted last year, but I submitted it at least 3 years ago...
I am planing to come back to this server, it would be awsome when a GM could finally do something.

Couldn't be more than 1 year and about 8 months ago. Not that that isn't a long-ass time, cause it is, but we're not quite at the 2-year mark for AnthemRO being around.

Have you checked your ticket's status to make sure that it's not waiting for a response from you?

Also, if it's an item recovery ticket, it's possible that this thread may apply to your situation.

Btw, I think the guy got banned from anthemRo, cause I see him on *Ro now, where I started to play after he scammed me here on anthemro... >.<
