I've seen other people with them, and I was wondering if anybody could tell me.

a falcon with scarf is the falcon for sniper... ur a hunter, i assume?

nope.. only for snipers. u cant choose ur falcon sprite actually.. the naked(?) one is for hunter, the scarfed one is for sniper

yeah it just comes with an upgraded look when you change class

Well essentially in order for you to put a scarf on your falcon YOU need to become a sniper
