how do i make a video an animation?

 like many people have those infinite loop videos as signatures or avatar pictures in forums.

i have a video of about 30 seconds or so and i wanted to make it an animation so i can put it as my signature in forums.

upload it on a site, put it in upload own pic(insert url like...
