Atroce Drops

I have killed Atroce a few times recently and I have been realizing that I was only getting YggBerries and a OVB whenever I killed it. I know that it is also supposed to drop a bloody rune and other stuff. I killed him about 10 times now and I have only been getting the YggBerries / OVB. Is this some kind of bug or are the drops on Atroce changed for some suspific reason?

The blade drops, not sure about the other stuff.

the drops are highly nerfed, even rings dont drop often but they do

10 atroces are way too little xD so no youre not unlucky yet
