Paypal is like an online money account which you can send money to and from it. 

yes, but to make active acount in paypal they need credit card or debit card info... with out that you cant tranfer your money..?

Actually you don't need a credit card or a bank account at all to use paypal. If you want to use a credit card to donate then you would use that card to verify your paypal account so when you donate via paypal, paypal will take the money from your credit card.

Uh, you guys have no idea what you're talking about.
Paypal works with Bank Transfers.

1. Setup up a Paypal account
2. Add a Bank instead of a Credit/Debit Card
3. Click Donate and Paypal gives you the option to do Instant Bank Transfer
4. Buy stuff!

It's pretty much instant using paypal.
And I have my Paypal linked with my bank account. I can transfer money just using paypal. No need to put money on the paypal account before I can spend it.
