just get the exe files required for the installation and stick them onto whatever you want, long as it'll fit all the data.

What about just protecting your comp? If he can't get on it, he can't delete anything. Just put a bios PW on it or if he's also using that comp just take his rights to do anything except using the stuff installed on it.
