GMs, Anima item logs list

I've had gear scammed from me since then. i dont even think they answer the old anima tickets let alone keep the logs for anything that long ago. :s

I asked them about this since I read Denia write something about Anima logs being restored. This is what GM Fidelis replied:
I apologize for how long it takes to answer your ticket.
Unfortunately, previous support tickets are lost, the only logs we still have are item logs, starting from the time around the server split (March/April 2007) until November 2007. However, due to the AnimaRO logs not working currently, we are unable to look into the item logs regarding this time. Again, I am sorry that you have to wait for your ticket to be answered, and it will definitely be worked on as soon as the logs are working again.
So I'm guessing the logs are still not working(?)

Well I have the prof in screens but ya i fill out the ticket wrong so i just sent a ticket for that ticket.
I want to know if they will still do scam cases from Anima after all this time.

edit: I guess so but you never know its my word plus my screens(Plus a friend).
