NPC's and mobs not showing up?

My client is fully updated and I even reinstalled it. I have an issue where the mobs and npc's don't show randomly, I relog and sometimes then show, sometimes not! anyone have any idea why and what I can do to fix it. As you can imagine being killed by a mob u can't fight kind of sucks

im gettting that same problem and i keep dying from geographers as i walk around because i cant see them can someone HELP US!

There's one or two reports concerning this in the Bug Reports section of the forum. No need for multiple topics regarding the same thing.

I'm not sure what the problem is, but hopefully it will be sorted out soon.  :)
