Unslotting an SQI

hello i have a question. lets say i buy a DHT Artemis and want to make it DDT. that would mean that i would have to replace the Hydra for a doppel. Now.. how many ads should i pay in order to only remove the hydra card? is it only 9 (starting the process + one card + keep item) or is it more because its an SQI?

i never just slotted one card i always did all of them just to be safe :x
