what's the use of cogwheel? its a drop of mvp that i forgot whats the name of it.. is cogwheel used as an sqi ingredient? and how much is it?

Cogwheels are dropped by Apocalipses in the Juperos Core levels. And at a higher rate, RSX 0806.

It is not used as an SQI ingredient. However, it can be used in the Eye of Hellion Quest, which is apparently unavailable in this server. But I think the Cogwheel need not be hunted for. It will be given by an NPC if I remember right.
