1) Just because you think you know who somebody is doesn't mean you really do, and treating other players with disrespect, etc, is clearly against the rules. If this person is not who you think they are, then what some of you are doing in here is basically slander, so that will be quite enough of that.

2) This really needs to be handled via support ticket.
