Trying to rollback my sinx to high novice. said 24-48 hours but its been almost a week for me

If you typed super novie in ur ticket it wont work. Make sure you type High Novice not Super novice.

Then it should take 48hours but leave it some extra time as there is alot of work the GMs are doing ;x
