Are garments carded by kapha worth using instead of an overupped ragamuffin manteau?

Not currently.
However when they release the woolen scarf garment, if you pair that with the kapha card you'll get more mdef then a ragga ;P

valk mant if u have more than 95 mdef. pally is the most ideal with this
mithril, wool scarf if u want more than 10 mdef..with better def
