do 3 slotted ashura exsist anymore...?

Iv'e been mobbing baby desert wolves for about 3 days now. I have like 1645 skins, 102 shirts, many meats, 3 cards. But i still never got this one weapon. It's a 3 slotted Ashura thats supposed to be a 0.15% chance drop rate. I'm starting to think it doesn't exist anymore by these guys.

Can this weapon still be obtained by them or do u have to donate now or something; or am i just plain old unlucky...

you could always send a ticket asking for the GMs to check the drop tables, while you keep farming?
