How long did YOUR support ticket take to get resolved?

Just wondering how long it took various people to get theirs resolved. I just posted mine with: how i got the item, pic, how i lost, what i traded for the item and what time/day i lost it.

Five months for a scam of equipment, more than just one person was scammed by the scammer and they had to check item logs and all that. So, yeah, wasn't that too bad.

but then again..those dont require as much work as item losses.

the gms solved it in 1 month? >.> the last time they replied was 1 month ago. I have been waiting for 2 months since the day that i dropped my item.

It might have been sold once or more, and they have to track that and when they recover it they would have to refund the zeny or items traded for the item. Each person/account that touches it makes it another link the GMs have to trace so it can get longer and longer depending on how many people have it.
