did you mean you completely forgot even the account name or just the password?
Why not try to send in a support ticket with the following requirements given to me by GM Adrift when i asked for my account password.
from GM Adrift:We need the following information to retrieve your password(s):
1. The most recent screenshot that you have of you playing a character on your account.
2. The name of your Internet Service Provider (Ex. AOL, Comcast, NetZero, etc).
3. Your IP (Find out yours at
http://whatismyip.org/).
4. Your previous password for the account(s).
5. The last estimated date you were on the account(s).
6. The email account registered with the username(s) (If you still have access to it, we can send you your password to the email account).
