I need to know he Experience thing, all about it, i want to know that if i make a party to Leech someone, i want to know that if i am at Job 68, do i give him Job Exp even if he is Nontrance Job 50? do i loose Job %, i mean, do i lost it?, or all came to me? i want to know all about it.

I believe that the job experience still goes to the person you're leeching even though they've reached job lvl 50. You only get half of the job experience when leeching someone, no matter their job level.

in an even share party where there's just 2 ppls you each get half of the exp, both job and base regardless of your base or job levels, guild taxes or who's doing the killying ~nyo^^
