can i trade ingame items for paypal money with another player?

(If someone offers to sell you something for out of game items or currency, and you can prove to Talis's satisfaction that the seller intended to sell it to you, then he will seize the property and sell it to you for 20% less!)

You can get almost the same effect of that by donating to the server then trading ad credicts or selling the ad credicts for zeny.

i think the rule only is supposed to warn us so that if u got scam involving real money..they wont take responsibility
because there's a lot of scammer who promise the deal and ran away with your money

The rule against selling off in game items, accounts and/or zeny for out of game items or money is not just a suggestion or warning against scamming or whatever, but a potentially bannable offense.

Should be pretty obvious.  Doing that takes away money which the server could otherwise get, plus the legality is somewhat questionable I would think, considering it's a private server and all.  All in all, doing that would really mess up the economy and make greedy people a big problem - all the while taking money away from the server.
