Transfering a character

I was wondering about a few questions about transfering a character onto a different account, beacuse I sold one, and all I need to do now is transfer the character

1. It's 5 ads to transfer correct?
2. If I leave any money or gears on that one character while the transfer is done, will it still be on that character when it is moved.
3. How long does it take usually?
4. Since it's going to a different person's account will they receive any of my account info, and the other way around (Will I receive any of their account info, as well?)

Ive done a charac xfer before, but it was for an IRL friend. 5 ads was the charge. "Move a Character to a Different Account or Slot (MUST include all usernames and passwords involved" so whoever is doing the ad processing, they will need all information.

1. Yes, it's 5 Ads.

2. Anything, including equipment, zeny and inventory, that is on the individual character will be transferred over. Nothing in storage, however, will be transferred.

3. Character transfers are currently down - You will not be able to get one done until the service is available again. Normally though, they are done within a few hours to a week.

4. No, you will not receive anything about their information, and they will not receive anything about theirs.
