spend credit request

Hi,

I was just wondering how long spend credit requests for cards not listed in the item shop normally take? I haven't used that feature in awhile but the website says 24-48 hours. My request has been sitting there for 6 days 12 hrs. If I entered the wrong info, would the GMs let me know or cancel my ticket for me? I'm worried I did something wrong in my request maybe.

oh damn and i just did a spend credit on something else "freakn great" no normaly it's within 3 days but the way it sounds is that
the gm's are backed up wich isnt good...

i just had 2 requests fulfilled that were up for 5 days...

they're working, just be patient

If it is a card they're are testing/working on then it might take awhile before they actually give that one to you, if its a card that is listed "ok" in the noncontroversial list then it shouldn't take that long *example* Lord Knight card Frenzy lvl 1 you might not be able to get since they're testing that, "Card you might get" Teddeybear Card: 30% damg reduce from undead monsters might be done within a week or less since its already in game in server *gots 1 ~.^*

I am cool with waiting if I didn't know other people have been getting their requests filled faster =(
And I am requesting the teddy bear card which you said you got already, so there shouldn't be any issue with testing.

also, it's been so long since i've done one, did I put the wrong information down? My character name would be the in-game character I want the card located on? or my actual account which I logon with?

character name is the in-game name of your character

username is the name you type in on the login screen with your password

Yeah it seems they are a tad slow but they will get it it done.i been waiting for mine as well.
it will get done it's just a matter of how busy the gm's are.
