Are All Valk Equips onle equippable to Trans Classes?

i want to know if Valk Helm,Armor,Mant,Shield,Shoes can only be equipped by transcendent classes or if they can be equipped by non trans classes.

Armor and Mant are only for trans, but as nontrans you can equip the shield and helm just fine. Don't know about shoes, though.

Only trans can wear shoes.

Stemming off of this thread, I'll probably make an ass out of myself by asking this but is there another way to get Valk equips other than killing the valkyrie MVP?

the black valk drop everything but mini valk will drop just the shield .
