Does it work in niff?? Like giving me 10% more experience points.

yes but only on Dullahans and quves, good thing dullahans give a great amount of exp, so its a bit more, good for leeches, especially if you hang around the cemetery where a bunch of dullahans tend to spawn

i generally kill over 250 dullas a niff run so thats an extra 25 dullas which is a little more than an extra 100k exp, which can be a bit of a difference expecially on lower levels. It also stacks with drac cards so just wearing those sandals gives you an extra 17% when you wear dracs (not counting the 60% bonus from dracs) which gives almost 200k exp each niff run (again not counting the extra 60% dracs give).
