Even my ticket hanging since 1month. :-[ :-[ nothing we can do just wait, GM got lot of tickets so they cant do all at same time, so be waited.... ;)

be prepared for a month plus wait and how you get hacked any way if it was because you did somethign foolish they might just sit back and laught at you... :-X
