Cannot log in due to GM block?(please gm assistance here)

Hi, i've been gone for 2 ish weeks now, and when i tried to log into anthemro my account was banned.
so i tried one of my alt accounts (since there are only 3 slots a piece) and they all say that its banned?
what happend? PLEASE HELP T.T i've worked hard on those charactors.

I know that you of all people wouldn't bot, you were at 93 for God sakes! I hope this gets sorted out...

activated it? Go to your email account and you should get some sort of message with a link that activates it.

There was no mistake, the OP was banned for botting. 2 characters were online and botting at the time and both failed bot check.
