Hunter Fly %

I've attempted to search the forums for an answer to this, as well as browsing the various vendors throughout prontera, but I can't seem to find this card: Could someone please tell me the stats of this card?  The stats seem to vary wildly from server to server: On one server, it's a 25% chance to regain 50% of your damage as life, on another, it is a 3% chance to regain 15% of your damage as life.  Could someone enlighten me as to its stats on this server please?

The hunterfly card on this server hasnt changed with the official server,
Enable a 3% chance of gaining 15% of the damage inflicted on an enemy as HP with each attack.

pc.bot.nu/prontera is an updated database of what people are vending(not always updated but usually just minutes away)
