ok im confused!!! need help here!

ok i downloaded the game and all then i did the patcher!(wich went good). then i tried my sakray and it didnt patch all the way go to get in game and it says cannot init d3d or grf file has a problem what should i do??

I had that problem... but it was more complecated
I have to find a alternate sakray patcher and i dont know the excact problem.. but i just downloaded this thing called Dexter's sak. update. it patches through and doesnt error/fixed the error.


p.s. sorry i dont remeber excactly where i found it but my advice would be to just google it=)
