New patch, super lag?

I got the new patch for sakray and the new anthem client, and I couldnt get past the "loading" screen when i tried to start anthem.

i re-installed RO, re-patched, and i can now get into the game, BUT it's super laggy.

it's not my internet connection, and i think i've got the same settings as i had before video-wise.

does anyone know what might be causing this?

Please don't bump threads outside of the marketplace and guild sections.

With that said, it looks like your RO files have been changed a lot, so maybe try defragging sdata.grf. This program can do that for you. Just extract it to your RO folder and run it.

Also, make sure that nothing else is taking up the CPU aside from RO. If you press Ctrl+Alt+Del, and check its CPU usage, RO should have around or above 90% usage. If it doesn't, close some other programs to free up the CPU.

ok i'll try that, the other thing i forgot to mention is that once the client opens i get a window that says:

"No EULA text file. (license.txt)" and i have to click "agree" or "exit"

does that mean something is wrong?
