How long do i have to wait for GM response

Hi
i'm new on this board and new on this server.
I just signed up and downloaded this game 4 or 5 days ago and my account is blocked by GM.... I don't know why and maybe it's normal until i donate.
I wrote 2 tickets and one email but both are still unresponded... so i wanted to as if these two conditions are normal
1) account is banned by GM
2) GM are busy and don't respond.

could it be that someone who donates get a better treatment...?

Maybe you checked your forum account only. Forum account =/= ingame account, you need to activate your ingame accounts as well!

ur ingame account are used for the item shop so if u can log in on the server the same account should work on the item shop .-.

They are not ignoring you, they are backlogged with tickets, that's why you don't get an answer immediately.

Do you get an error when trying to log into the item shop, or why can't you access it? Maybe you need to enable cookies in your browser, or delete them, or eat them, dunno @_@

When i click on Itemshop they say something about I'm banned or that i didn't varified the account

for itemshop access you need both a activated forum account and activated ingame account. You may be logged in with the wrong ingame account on the webpage. I suggest you go to edit account and log out and re log in with the account you use for playing.
