Question about loaning and stolen items

so check it.. this kid asks for a leech.. he asks if he can pay AFTER.. so already im like wtf.. nah pay now.. so he pays me for a quad drac leech.. im sellin at 1.2m + 2k GJ.. so i giv him the whole i need the dracs bak after the leech deal.. Screen Shot and proceed with the leech.. after the leech is done.. he logs and doesn't come bak on.. so im like wtf again.. i wait for a few min to see if he just got d/c.. and he doesnt come bak.. so now i put in a report.. MY QUESTION IS.. am i gonna hav to pay the 10 ads?! D: if so, i think im done selln drac leeches..

According to the Item Recovery Rules, you broke rule #1: "Do not loan another player your items or zeny for any length of time, regardless of who that other player may be.  Item theft is commonly committed by friends or guild members."

That's the risk when doing drac leeches. :|

u didnt even take security while giving leech???

you should have taken security neks and only leech people who can afford security/you know wont leave with your dracs cuz u end paying 10ads for recovery fee everytime a leechee acts a fool >.>; Making you lose money instead of gaining them

You did take proof that you lent him your items for the duration of the leech so you should get them back.  Next time, you should something in collateral, like maybe a kahos in exchange for the dracs.

ya it was my fault for not taking collateral, i knew about doing that.. i just i didnt do it.. i had done like 4 or 5 leeches prior to it without having to do so.. luckily, however, i do take screenshots of almost every trade i make.. So I sent in the ticket, and I'm just waiting for the to let me know whether or not i gotta pay the ads..
