1 Anthem Penny = $0.01 ad credits.

In other words, 1 Anthem penny = 1 real life penny (USD).

The in game value of this item fluxuates.

right now, a penny is 6-8k

an ad(100pennies) is around 700k-800k

As you may know you can use ad credit to buy services and items from the website, anthem pennies are basically a way that allows users to trade/sell/buy them more safely.
