How long does it take? (more after the jump)

So how long does it take for a Ticket to get resolved? I haven't played my accounts since February of 2007 and I was just wondering when I can get my account password problem resolved. I had requested a ticket on one occasion and it didn't take 24 hours for the GM's to reply back, which I am greatly thankful for... Despite all that, I'm just really excited to play my account and I'm wondering when my ticket will be paid attention to.

It can take up to months in some cases... You'll just have to be patient and wait I'm afraid.
