Scene:

BlackSmith have a gathered/mob of monsters for Priest1. BlackSmith died and another Priest2 was near the spot. The monsters from the Blacksmith went to Priest2. Priest2 casted Magnus Exorcismus to the monsters and killed them all. Priest1 from nowhere suddenly came and bluffing about ks complaining and talking trash and blahblahblah..


For the question:
Is it considered a kill steal to kill a mob from a dead player? And if its in case there is a mobber that died, can we still consider that a ks when the mob went to you and not on the person that it supposed to go to? Obviously, the mobber (say its the bs) died, how will he kill it or even take it to the party if the mobber itself is far from the party?

AnthemRO Player Harassment Reporting Guidelines
We at AnthemRO aim to provide a friendly playing environment.  However, the following are guidelines to follow should it occur that a player is harassing you.

Harassment is defined as:

    * Multiple lines of offending text that is:
          o racist
          o sexually vulgar and demeaning
          o discriminatory against gender, religion, and sexual orientation
          o maliciously disclosing private information (such as residence address, email, etc.) without permission


If you encounter harassment, please make sure to take screenshots of the offending text, and of the following guidelines to attempt to resolve the situation:

    * You must ask the person to stop, without instigating the harassment
    * If the person refuses to stop, then you must type /exall into your chat box and remove yourself from said person by leaving the area/map, or logging off.
          o Note: Only within PVP maps, you must have at least two separate documented occasions of harassment from the same offending person.  If either of the occasions lack proof that you have taken the recommended steps to warn and remove yourself from the harassment, the case will be dismissed.


Harassment within the forums, forum PMs, IRC, and TeamSpeak should be dealt with in a similar manner.  Request that the person stop, and block them from contacting you.  If the person continues their behavior after taking these steps, it should be reported to the appropriate moderator.

Only when the harassment persists after taking the above steps, a GM will review your report.  We reserve the right to not take action if the text does not fit the given criteria and if you did not perform the given guidelines.

To submit a report via the forums or within a Support Ticket, you must provide the following in a clear format:

    * Your in-game character name
    * The accused’s in-game character name
    * At LEAST three screenshots that clearly show the harassment (as defined above) and your steps to stop/remove yourself from the harassment

you die u lose ur monsters in said scenario if the monsters came to ' priest2 ' he of course has the right to defend himself and kill'em, if the monsters were going to ' priest1 ' and ' priest2 ' cut them off with a magnus thus makeing them switch to him, yea thats killstealing
basicaly if ur dead, u lose'em if his party can still get the monsters thats another isue

If the mobber dies then the monsters are free for all again. Even if you could see the HP the BS was mobbing to it doesn't matter unless the mob aggros him. As for the report, if you felt offended by what he said and it continued beyond the situation where you killed the mob. For example if he kept PM'ing you or kept following you and talking trash to you.
