Soul Linker Skill Question

Is it considered Mpking if you're a sou linker and buffing the monsters at prison to get others killed?

I've seen a couple of Soul linkers do this and its quite annoying to have monsters do 1k+ damage to you

It's considered buffing a monster. Just that is against the rules.
