some emblem help please.

i know it's posted somewhere about how to make your emblems,but i for some reason can not get the thing to work so here is what i am wondering.
can someone make me an emblem and i'll pay em for it or tell me a program that will work with my os wich is windows ME.
any help or ideas here would be great.

Well, making an emblem isn't as simple as 1, 2, 3. Making a good one anyway.

You can emblem shops and other various art shops Here .

Once they give you your emblem, go to where you installed AnthemRO, (Usually C Drive -> Program Files -> Gravity -> RO) And right click in it and make a folder called emblem.

Then place a 24x24 sized .bmp image into the folder. And then select your emblem for your guild ingame. Hope I explained that cleary.
