I guess with 50 AGI, berserk or deadly posion you can reach 190 ASPD, being an assassin cross level 70.

do you mean with twin fang? +15extra agility there (if regular katar u'd need 15more agility somewhere)
if so u need pretty much high agility (70-99 is great) valk helm, job bonuses, awakes, and osiris clip(7agility)
of course..if ur rich you could use poison bottles, berserk potion pitcher(never tried it)...but thats wasteful
