so people WITH older tickets ARE still getting answered?
what frustrates me is i have some from march, fine that's not a year and all BUT
i mean i re-made some of the tickets and THOSE got attention in the same day? and itw as like "forwarding to high gms"
....
and then i never heard from them again.
I am aware of how tickets work and I know it's frustrating, the list of them goes on and on and on..(my in game wife who's inactive used to do tickets and id watch her and just be like .....

)
anyways......yes it is hard to find good staff..
but ....this IS a tad ridiculous
I think waiting over a week is not good..
i think tickets should honestly take no longer than a week to be answered.
I don't know how they've divided up the team for tickets...but if they haven't...a good idea may be
one gm to 1-2 subjets?
example:...i dunno im just throwing this out there but like..GM Deniya could specifically look JUST at harassment and item restorations.
i mean just focus each gm to 1-2 topics ..i dunno O_O
maybe they already do that though i do know tickets ARE ridiculous...if i watch my ticket numbers, in a few days they change drastically
