Sorry, I didn't know where to post this, this may be in the wrong section...but...

I have some support tickets that have NOT been answered properly, they're like after weeks of waiting "is anyone doing this"
no...so i was wondering if the gms COULD POSSIBLY finish answering my tickets?

or ...answering my over 10 day old spend credit request?  Like am i the only one who hasn't had anything answered as of late?
....because my spend credit was done on...2008-06-10 19:18:11

...it's been a while...i was wondering if the gms would see this and possibly help me out with my tickets and spend request?

Support tickets can't be helped, you should know the GM's are always extremely busy with those. As for Spend credit requests you do have a right to complain if it isn't like one that requires a server reboot.

ummm my support tickets date back to over 3 months ago i believe
and what i dont get is how HALF of them get a "forwarding to high gm" message..and the other half havnt been touched


and my SPEND CREDIT is just an item restoration and it has been sitting for days.
I mean if they're not going to do it, they could at least decline?

The GM's are busy and such, but I think it woudn't harm if they could atleast try to answer the tickets a little bit faster..
Some are waiting almost a year, that's not cool. ;o

GHEE EMMS need to get more staff  :P they should top being so stubborn and start interview's/applications for new Support/Event gms.

@Sacherz There are many people who have been wating far longer than you, I know your frustration cause I recently had a ticket that went for nerly 4 months but GM's did get around to it and did a great job. I know its extremely hard but be patiant  ;D

I don't really think it matters howlong you've been waiting..
one month is actually way to long.. =l

Take for example a divorcing;
divorced people woudn't like to be stuck against one another for an extra year, woudn't they? ;o

And I so agree about the staff..
But it's hard to find non-corrupt professionals, besides.. aRO's staff is probably already above the avantage of knowledge.
Since it's a server with a huge community.. pro's are a requirement.
Just imagen a First-time GM starts to spawn about 100 MVP's in the middle of pront just to check his neat @commands.. /swt

so people WITH older tickets ARE still getting answered?

what frustrates me is i have some from march, fine that's not a year and all BUT
i mean i re-made some of the tickets and THOSE got attention in the same day?  and itw as like "forwarding to high gms"
....
and then i never heard from them again.

I am aware of how tickets work and I know it's frustrating, the list of them goes on and on and on..(my in game wife who's inactive used to do tickets and id watch her and just be like ..... :-\)

anyways......yes it is hard to find good staff..
but ....this IS a tad ridiculous
I think waiting over a week is not good..

i think tickets should honestly take no longer than a week to be answered.
I don't know how they've divided up the team for tickets...but if they haven't...a good idea may be
one gm to 1-2 subjets?

example:...i dunno im just throwing this out there but like..GM Deniya could specifically look JUST at harassment and item restorations.

i mean just focus each gm to 1-2 topics ..i dunno O_O

maybe they already do that though i do know tickets ARE ridiculous...if i watch my ticket numbers, in a few days they change drastically

Item recoveries take the longest to do and you can't exactly get new, experienced and trustworthy staff on the spot. If you wait longer enough something might happen /swt

I think a lot of us are fed up with the long time they seem to take but they are doing their best I'm sure to make things better.

They do indeed need more staff. However a few of them have just been promoted, right?
That means that after they get well versed in doing this kinda thing, it should become faster.

I feel kinda bad for them though. I wouldn't exactly call it a promotion... You just get slapped with more work @___@

its almost been a month for my SPEND CREDIT.

A month? Well it took like 7 months for a leecher that I know to get his stuff back. Some tickets might be around a 1yr old, am I right?

its not a ticket.
its a spend credit request.


spend credit say 24-48 hours.

Tickets...i have old ones too.
ive just given up on those.
